Cancellations Rules

The rules for APSRTC booking cancellation, are revised and came into effect from 26th April, 2007.

Booking cancellation process involves the money deducted and the time before your ticket expires.

The APSRTC online booking cancellation charges are nominal.

The following rule may be helpful -

Apsrtc Online Booking Cancellation                                 Amount Deducted

More than 48 hrs. before the Sch. Dep.                       Only reservation charges.

From 48 hrs. before and upto 24 hrs.                         10% of the actual fare + reservation charges.

From 24 hrs. before and upto 2 hrs.                           25% of the actual fare + Reservation charges.

Between 2 hrs. and upto Sch. Dep.                            50% of the actual fare + Reservation charges

Up to 1 hr. after Sch. Dep. of the bus                         75% of the actual fare + Reservation charges.

After 1 hr. after Sch. Dep.                                                No refund.

In case of APSRTC booking cancellation , the APSRTC will deduct a bit of amount from money, you invested on tickets. The APSRTC online booking cancellation charges are deducted from your mentioned account that is credit/ debit cards. In respect of refunds due to E- ticket not booked but amount debited to your account, you may contact through email to online.support@apsrtconline.in.

For APSRTC online booking cancellation, you will have to mention your user ID of the transaction and officials of apsrtc booking cancellation will verify the details. The apsrtc online booking cancellation charges will be imposed and remaining money will be transferred into your account.
